I'm Stefan Barcelo.
I create art in my free time, cook, and love traveling with friends when I can.
I’m a Product Owner and Designer with 6+ years of experience building digital products across startups and global enterprises. I lead from strategy through execution—owning roadmaps, shaping user experiences, and collaborating closely with engineering to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions.
Design philosophy
My background spans UX prototyping, frontend implementation, branding, and B2B product delivery, grounded in a systems-driven approach to thoughtful design. I believe every product reflects the decisions behind it—priorities set, trade-offs made, and problems clarified. Design isn’t decoration; it’s structure. It shapes how people move, decide, and create value. At its core, product design is about translating complexity into clarity and building solutions that are both meaningful and measurable.
